The Mazet Saint-Michel is a volcanic stone house converted from a former 250 m² sheep barn. The house is situated high up in the outskirts of Rochessauve village with superb views across the Rhône Valley and the Vercors.
With a beautiful view across the Coiron plateau, with hiking trails nearby and a bicycle path in the next village.
Perfect for your holiday with family or friends, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet. The small village of Rochessauve is 300 m away and the largest village (Alissas) is 5 km away.
Large air-conditioned house in the heart of the mountains, on 3 levels:
- On the garden level are two independent 25 m² bedrooms with their own bathroom, facing south with superb views over the valley.
- On the 1st floor, the living room, dining room, games room, kitchen and veranda provide spacious, separate areas so that everyone can take part in the life of the house or take time out to relax, depending on their mood. There is also a bathroom with toilet.
- On the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, one with a shower room and toilet and the other two en-suite, perfect for a large family with children.
We have 5 double beds (3 x 200cm and 2 x 180cm) + a 140cm sofa bed, a 90cm bunk bed and 3 single 90cm beds.
The outside area covers more than 1000 m² of land, including a sheltered dining area, a swimming pool and a terrace with a clear view of the valley and surrounding hills. The house is not overlooked and is located in a natural setting.
